Yuta 2: Part 1

"Not Too Bad."

submission: Yuta 2: Part 1
date: January 15, 2006

I kind of liked this game. I'm always one to like games where you have to manuver over certain obstacles and think of ways how to get through a level. This game didn't disappoint me in those aspects. I did like the level that showed the darkness in it, so it was hard to see where you had to go. Nice touch with that idea.

Author's Response:

If you look closely, there's a small red dot over Yuta, so I could see where i was going while I was programmin it. i kinda forgot to remove it, but anyway, thanks!

CrazY Ball

"Fun Game."

submission: CrazY Ball
date: January 15, 2006

I liked just about everything in this game. The challenge, the levels, and all the obstacles in there made it out to be really fun. I could see myself playing this game for a good period of time. Also, I felt the music selection that you chose for this was a pretty good choice. It seemed to fit the style of the game. Nice work.

Stickman Bus Stop

"Creative."

submission: Stickman Bus Stop
date: January 15, 2006

I liked it. A little short, but that's what happens when one stick kills the other so quickly, I suppose. I liked the style and everything, and the animation to it was pretty cool. I give this a thumbs up, even if it was a tad bit short.

Author's Response:

I dunno, i seem to make short flashes because long ones just wouldn't fit into something like this.

banana terracotta pie

"Badass."

date: January 14, 2006

That was probably one of the coolest things I've seen all week. I definitely enjoyed this flash, not only for the fact that it's my favorite song off their new album, but also the fact that you perfectly depicted the song with the characters and everything. It was funny, but at the same time, pretty badass. Nice work.

Bardock Father of Goku

"Not Too Bad."

date: January 14, 2006

You did a halfway-decent job on this. I did like your style, and the graphics were decent. My biggest problem with the flash was the sound quality. It seemed as if your music selection completely overpowered the flash, sort of making it hard to follow with such heavy interference from the poor sound quality.

Author's Response:

ok thanx anyway...

How Do You Wanna Die?

"Brilliant!"

date: January 9, 2006

Two great things combined to make one totally killer of a flash. It takes creativity to combine two things like Dane Cook audio with sprites, but to do it with Megaman sprites must have a bit of difficulty to it. You pulled it off, and you pulled it off well. Awesome stuff.

Author's Response:

Nah, I just wanted to use FireMan for the "burning on the pot" sketch and the rest just fell in place.

Almost a Game

"Cool Stuff."

submission: Almost a Game
date: January 4, 2006

This reminds me of something you'd see in an Atari game. That's how I felt it looked, anyways. The game was fun, and I liked the morphing shape you had for the ball. It did have that certain degree of difficulty that I always look for when I play games like this, too. Nice stuff.

TN - Amateur Hour p.9

"Hilarious!"

date: December 26, 2005

The graphics of course weren't spectacular, but all of that can be overlooked by the fact of how hilarious this all was. It'll be an injustice if people vote this down low because they think the graphics suck.

Thanks for the laugh. I enjoyed this flash a lot.

A Hullabazoo Christmas

"Awesome Job."

date: December 26, 2005

What else can I really say besides saying that I liked it. I thought the graphics were cool. the characters were well thought out for the story, and the different voices for the characters were done fairly well. I'd have to say it was one of the better Christmas submissions that has been submitted to the portal this year. Nice work.

Author's Response:

Thanks, your praise is much appreciated. :D

Zelda Bloopers

"Pretty Good."

submission: Zelda Bloopers
date: December 20, 2005

I thought this was pretty neat. I liked your usage of sprites and the backgrounds that went along with it. Your ideas for the outtakes and bloopers were well thought out, too. I thought for the most part, all of them were pretty funny. Overall, I'd say you did fairly well with this project.
